My path into design didn't start with Figma. It started with a stubborn question — why do some things feel obvious to use, and others feel like a fight?
That question turned into seven years inside operationally heavy products — logistics, freight, home renovation, community platforms. I'm drawn to the messy middle, where the data is complex, the stakes are real, and someone has to decide anyway.
